Many Americans take their freedom for granted. Freedom to do or say what they want. But sometimes these same people forget why they have these freedoms. We have these freedoms because of our military service members. Many of these same service members are in tremendous pain.

Overseas deployments are no picnic. Constant stress because the enemy could strike any minute. Months and months away from family and friends. That kind of long-term stress takes its toll. Depression. Anxiety. PTSD. Suicidal thoughts. Alarmingly, many service members are losing their personal battles with long-term stress.

But our military’s troops don’t complain. They do their job to protect our freedom. Your freedom. Now it’s our turn. It’s time for us to help our protectors. It’s time for us to help those who never complain.
